There's a small cozy sunroom with a table and chairs. The bright bathroom has a shower and electric heating. There are three bedrooms, all with double beds and electric heating. The house is heated with a heat pump, wood stove, and electric heating.

A lot of attention has been given to the outdoor areas, including a lovely, newer, partially covered and sheltered wooden terrace, where you can be in awe of the water view, enjoy the sun, and experience the tranquility. The property also has a beautiful and well-maintained garden, a cozy bonfire area with benches, and several good paved terraces, where you can choose either sun or shade. There is access from the garden to the beach. The holiday home is equipped with garden furniture, a grill, a playhouse, and a sandbox.
Get up close to the local attractions: The summer house is located in the charming Røsnæs Strandpark area. The house is elevated but very private, with no direct views from neighboring properties. It is set on a secluded plot in an attractive summer house area, just 200 meters from the beach. The house is located on the northern side of the beautiful Røsnæs peninsula, not far from an 18-hole golf course. Røsnæs is both strikingly beautiful, rugged, wild, and serene, offering fantastic views over the sea and fjord. The Røsnæs peninsula is located near Kalundborg and is the westernmost point of Zealand. The beach is just 200 meters away, and the nearest grocery store is 3.3 km. Kalundborg, a harbor town located 8 km from the house, offers many shopping opportunities, restaurants, and activities.
