Description
Welcome inside: In the 40 m² guest cottage, attention to detail is key, with nature incorporated as part of the design, making the space feel larger. The cottage offers a captivating view of the Great Belt from every room, bringing peace or awe depending on the weather. Notably, the view from the toilet and shower overlooks the sea, where two glass doors allow you to feel almost as if you are bathing under the open sky. The living room features a cozy corner bench with a matching table and chairs, as well as a TV with a YouSee package, including Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, and German channels. The sunroom has a dining nook with a terrace door leading to the seaside, and a small kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, and stovetop. An outdoor electric grill is available for cooking. In the bedroom, two adjustable beds are positioned to offer views of the Great Belt. Heating is provided by a heat pump and electric heating.

Enjoy life outside: The cottage is perched high on a slope, with a series of steps leading directly to a private beach area. Sun loungers are provided and can be taken down to the shore. For those who prefer to stay near the cottage, there are three terraces offering both shelter and scenic views. Outdoor furniture, including tables, chairs, and a parasol, is provided.
Get up close to the local attractions: The guest cottage enjoys a stunning hillside location in peaceful surroundings at Næsby Strand, with views of the Great Belt Bridge and Funen. The beach, just 75 meters away, offers excellent swimming conditions. Scenic trails for walking and running weave along the shore amidst beach grass. A kilometer down the beach, Tude Å flows into the sea. The river originates at Trelleborg, a Viking fortress 6 km inland, which is a UNESCO World Heritage site. Shopping options are available 1 to 6 km away, and the nearby towns of Slagelse, Korsør, and Skælskør offer a variety of charming restaurants. Don’t miss a visit to Denmark’s capital, Copenhagen, reachable in about an hour via the motorway from Næsby Strand.
