Modern holiday home with a a lot of light

Location
This house was built in 2009 on a 5,800 square metre plot of land close to Hjo. The house lies at the end of a road in a quiet holiday home area, on the edge of a forest. A large lake, great for swimming, is only around 5 minutes away from the house. The village Hjo lies directly at the lake Vättern, and it takes about 10 - 15 minutes to get there by car.

Fa­ci­li­ties
The house has 107 square metres. In it you will find three bedrooms: two with a double bed and the third bedroom with two single beds. There is a large living room and kitchen area with a fireplace, satellite TV and a big sofa. The kitchen has a cooker, a microwave, a coffee machine, a dis­hwas­her, a toaster as well as a fridge with a freezer com­part­ment. There are also two bathrooms, both with a shower and a toilet. Guests also have access to a washing machine and a dryer as well as a saune in a separate building. The whole house has under floor heating. Guests will also find garden furniture, a grill, and a parasol.

Special ar­ran­ge­ments
A modern holiday home with a child friendly garden. Throug­hout A, B and C season you have to arrive and depart on Saturdays. During D season you can arrive and depart on any day of the week. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted. Bed linen and towels can be rented free of charge, but must be washed and dried by the guests them­sel­ves. The final cleaning must be done by the guests them­sel­ves. The owner will charge a deposit of 200 EUR, which will be refunded after departure minus electri­ci­ty costs. Firewood for the fireplace is available to guests free of charge.

There are several golf courses close to the house. There are also special routes for jogging and hiking. In the winter you can go skiing in the area.
