Step inside to a bright and welcoming atmosphere with plenty of space for both relaxation and quality time together. The living room has high ceilings and large windows that let the sunlight stream in, creating an airy and pleasant feel throughout the room. As evening falls, you can light the wood-burning stove and let the cosy warmth fill the space while you relax on the sofa with a cup of tea and a deck of cards on the table. There’s something quite special about being able to retreat in peace and quiet – and here, you get exactly that. When energy levels are high, you can head to the house’s activity room, where table tennis, billiards, air hockey, and darts are ready for some friendly family competition. And after an active day, the sauna invites you in for warmth and wellness – the perfect way to wind down.
Enjoy life outside
Outside, the lawn stretches out to form a natural playground where children can run freely, play ball, or simply explore the grass and bushes. The large natural plot is rich in wildlife, and it’s not uncommon to spot a deer or hear the birdsong in the morning as you sip your coffee on the terrace. Out here, the days can be spent enjoying grilled dinners, sunbathing, or relaxing afternoons in the shade with a good book. From Klitmarken 10, it’s just a short distance to the roaring North Sea – always worth a visit, whether you’re in the mood for a refreshing dip, sandcastle building and shell collecting, or long walks in the salty sea air. Kjul Beach is one of the quieter beaches in the area, where it often feels like you have the place all to yourself. You’ll also be close to some great nature experiences and day trip destinations – such as Tversted Dune Plantation, the Eagle Reserve, or the North Sea Oceanarium in Hirtshals. Skagen is also within easy reach for a delightful day out. But maybe you’ll just want to stay put – because with such a lovely holiday home and a plot that invites both peace and play, it’s hard to imagine a better place to enjoy your break.
Remember, you can always borrow pull carts, high chairs and cots from us at Feriepartner Tversted. You can pick them up directly at the office and return them again once your holiday has come to an end.
