Behind the woodshed, a hidden path leads to Bjergvej, where a well-concealed trail takes you to a fantastic viewpoint at the top of the hill. From here, you can also follow a beautiful descent to the beach, ideal for a morning walk or a peaceful evening by the water.

The house is centrally located in old Rågeleje, just 500 meters from the Kattegat and the family-friendly beach. The surrounding landscape, with "Sletten" to the east, offers inspiring nature experiences and lovely hiking routes. In the area, you can also visit historical sites such as Rågegården, which dates back to the 12th century under King Valdemar the Great, and Ellemosen Nature Forest, which also offers tennis courts for the active. With both forest and beach nearby, there is always something to experience, whether it's hiking, swimming, or a trip to the scenic Heatherhill. Nearby, you’ll also find Gilleleje, Helsingør, and Hundested Harbor, where you can enjoy shopping, cultural events, and delicious food. Whether you’re looking for relaxation or adventure, this picturesque area has something for everyone.

Welcome:
Welcome to ”Via Nefro” located at St. Orebjergvej in Rågeleje. We do really hope that you get a nice holiday at our beautiful summerhouse in the middle of the forest close to beach and the Sea only 200 meters away and the big recreational area opposite our house. This area has a rich wildlife with especially many Danish birds as woodpeckers, Eurasian bullfinches, great tits, etc. Deers are also often visiting the garden - running fast passing the house between the trees and disappearing as quickly as the deers appeared.
Verisure Alarm System:
The alarm system is not working during the renting out period.
Keys:
Please note that this house has only one common key to be used all over the house, which means that this key also should be used to the cottage opposite our house “Hytten” and the mailbox at the road. In “Hytten” you will find garden furniture and a parasol. Cushions for chairs and the 2 black benches are kept in the cushion box at the terrace. The cushions on the black chairs at the covered part of the terrace can be kept on the chairs.

The House:
The house has been owned by us since 1960, where the family originally lived in Hytten and Kabørken until 1968, where my father built a Tjæreborg House in white bricks as the house looks today. It is a family house which means a lot to us – we use it as a weekend house most of the year. In July and August we rent out the house to give other people the opportunity to see the fantastic nature in this area and the area famous for its beautiful coast line and cultural arrangements in the nearby villages located at The Riviera of the North of Zealand – Gilleleje – Tisvildeleje – Helsinge.
The House is easy to live in with all modern facilities:
In the cupboard in the entrance hall you can find coffee machine, fruit squeezer
and extra termos.
At the same place bulbs and other electrical articles may be found.
The Bathroom: Please use the little bucket to sanitary towels, etc. close to the toilet. Please never throw sanitary towels and similar in the toilet.
Please clean the tiles in the shower cabin after use – every time!
