Really nice black-painted wooden summer house located in the lovely area by Bønsvig Strand

There is plenty of room for the whole family here. Only 600 meters from the house is the beach, where you can swim and see the most beautiful sunrises over the Baltic Sea, Møn and Nyord.

The kitchen and living room are in one, with light wooden floors and walls.

The kitchen is bright and nice and contains an electric cooker, hood, fridge, freezer cap. 60 Itr. and coffee machine and microwave. There is also a washing machine, dis­hwas­her and vacuum cleaner.

In the living room there is a dining table with room for 8 people, 2 sofas and an armchair, as well as a cozy nook with 2 armchairs. There is TV, internet and a wood-burning stove, as well as a heat pump. The house is insulated all year round.

Bathroom no. 1 is 10 m2 and contains a sink, toilet and shower, as well as a spa and sauna.

Bathroom no. 2 is 5 m2 and contains a sink, toilet and shower cubicle. This bathroom is directly connected to one bedroom. Both bathrooms have un­der­floor heating.

Beautiful nature, re­laxa­tion and peace and quiet. Jungs­ho­ved is a small peninsula that juts out at Præstø, right in the middle between Stevn's cliff and Møn's cliff. Here along the beautiful coast you can go for long walks, and when it's time for the rho­do­den­dron to bloom, you can see the fantastic sight in the small forest not far from the house. Here are huge rho­do­den­drons in all kinds of colors - a truly beautiful ex­pe­ri­en­ce.

At the same time, you are only 15 minutes from the old cozy market town of Præstø, which offers good shopping op­portu­ni­ties, shopping streets, re­stau­rants, cafes, an ice cream parlor and a marina.
