In South Zealand by Avnø Fjord, this cozy summer house with space for the whole family is located, and here you can start the day with a morning dip and have a holiday in beautiful and quiet surroundings.
Welcome inside
Here there is an open connection between the kitchen and living room and you can be together while you cook and the children perhaps draw or play at the dining table. In the living room, you can sit on the corner sofa and cozy up in front of the wood-burning stove and enjoy the view of the sea. There is TV and Wi-Fi for your teenager and the house has 2 good bedrooms, one with a double bed and 1 with a single bed, and outside there is a good annexe with a double bed. So here is room for all of you and the opportunity to retreat and read a good book or take a nap. The house has 1 bathroom and in the utility room there is a washing machine and freezer.
Enjoy life outside
The summer house is surrounded by a lovely garden with lawn and stairs directly down to the water. From one living room there is direct access to the terrace and here you can enjoy the warm days and evenings. Here you can be shameless and enjoy having time to be together over the first or last meal of the day. Here you will find space for coziness, relaxation and nature adventures, and the stairs down to the water make it easy to bathe. The plot is not fenced down towards the water.
Get close to the local experiences
The house is located on a quiet road, in a nice summer house area by Svinø Strand. Here you are close to both Næstved and Vordingborg with exciting shops, restaurants and cafes. Visit Camp adventure, Gavnø Castle or Bonbonland. Or experience Vordingborg Borgcenter with exciting exhibitions for both children and adults. The house is located by the beautiful Avnø Fjord, which is one of Denmark's cleanest fjords, and the low sandbanks provide nourishment for a rich bird life with great activity by e.g. ducks and waders and if you are lucky, you can see seals. Really an exciting area, which is worth a visit for a nice hike and walk. Also an eldorado for anglers.
