In the kitchen de­part­ment, there is a large kitchen island with sink, dis­hwas­her, ceramic stove and extractor hood. There is an electric kettle, coffee machine and microwave. Fridge and freezer, as well as toaster.

Behind the kitchen is a large bathroom which contains 2 sinks, toilet and shower, as well as a spa bath and washing machine.

At the other end of the kitchen/living room there is access to 2 bedrooms each with a double bed and wardrobe, both bedrooms have access to a wooden terrace.

On the 1st floor there is a large living room with several sofas and a sofa bed and TV + Chro­mecast with streaming. From the living room there is access to a balcony with a view of the water. At the other end of the living room there are 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed. Both rooms have access to a balcony facing the garden.

Large plot with border planting and lawn, as well as a carport and a small stream runs at the back of the garden. There is a terrace and garden furniture.
