Lovely kitchen family room in one with wood-burning stove and heat pump. There is un­der­floor heating throug­hout the house.

In the kitchen there are ceramic hobs and an oven, hood, microwave, dis­hwas­her, as well as a fridge and freezer, coffee machine and kettle.

The living room is furnished with a sofa ar­ran­ge­ment and dining area, TV with streaming/without channels. From the living room there is access to a partially covered terrace.

There are four good bedrooms, all bright and nice, with a double bed and wardrobe. Three of the rooms have raised beds.

Two nice bathrooms, con­tai­ning toilet, sink and shower.

The summer house is located on a large plot approx. 1,171m². There are 2 terraces and garden furniture and deck chairs.

The house is only 200 meters from the coast, on Jungs­ho­ved, with plenty of nature and rich bird life.

Shopping can be done in the cozy old market town of Præstø, which offers good shopping op­portu­ni­ties, shopping streets, re­stau­rants, cafes, an ice cream parlor and a marina. Several events are held in Præstø, including French Spring and flea market throug­hout the city.

Jungs­ho­ved is a small peninsula that juts out at Præstø, right in the middle between Stevn's cliff and Møn's cliff. Here along the beautiful coast you can go for long walks, and when it's time for the rho­do­den­dron to bloom, you can see the fantastic sight in the small forest not far away. Here are huge rho­do­den­drons in all kinds of colors - truly an ex­pe­ri­en­ce.
