In South Zealand by Avnø Fjord, is this lovely summer house where you can start the day with a morning dip at the good beach and spend your holiday in beautiful and quiet sur­ro­un­dings.

Welcome inside

Here you enter a new house, where the kitchen and living room are one. Here you can be together while you cook and the children may draw or play games at the dining table. In the living room you can sit on the sofas and have fun, all while you plan the next day's ex­pe­ri­en­ces. Here is streaming TV and Wi-Fi for your teenager and the house has 3 good bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 bunk beds and one with two single beds. So here is room for all of you and the op­portu­ni­ty to retreat and read a good book or take a nap. The house has a lovely bathroom with toilet, sink and shower, as well as a washing machine and not least a sauna.

Enjoy life outside

From the living room there is direct access to the partially covered wooden terrace and here you can enjoy the warm days and evenings. When darkness falls, you can retreat under the covered part of the terrace and enjoy the silence and the night sky with a glass of wine or a cup of coffee. In the garden there is a sunken tram­po­li­ne for the kids. Holidays here invite you to days at the beach with swimming and nature ex­pe­ri­en­ces.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions

The house is located in a lovely and quiet summer house area at Svinø Strand. Here you are close to both Næstved and Vor­ding­borg with exciting shops, re­stau­rants and cafés. Visit Camp adventure, Gavnø Slot or Bon­bon­land. Or ex­pe­ri­en­ce Vor­ding­borg Borg­cen­ter with exciting exhi­bi­tions for both children and adults. The house is located by the beautiful Avnø Fjord, which is one of Denmark's cleanest fjords, and the low sandbanks provide nouris­h­ment for a rich birdlife with great activity of, among others, ducks and waders and if you are lucky, you can see seals. A truly exciting area, well worth a visit for a lovely walk and hike. Also an El Dorado for anglers.
