This beautiful L-shaped cottage enjoys a fantastic location with direct view to the sea and right next to the lovely child-friendly beach with bathing jetty in Strøby Ladeplads.

From the house and the beach you have a view of Køge bay towards Co­pen­ha­gen and Sweden. The house is close to the cozy shopping town Køge with market days, good cafes and trains directly to Co­pen­ha­gen. The sur­ro­un­ding area also offers Stevns Klint with UNESCO's World Heritage Site, the Stevns­fort Cold War Museum, wonderful hiking trails, among other things.

The house has 2 entrances. The front door gives access to a beautiful, long entrance with high ceilings and beautiful lye-treated wood floors.

From the hall there is access to the 3 bedrooms:

1 room with 1 single bed, wardrobe, table, chair and small cabinet.

1 room with a bunk bed in 2 levels, wardrobe and armchair.

1 master bedroom with 1 double bed and wardrobe.

From the entrance hall there is also access to the large bathroom with floor heating, toilet, sink, shower and cabinets.

The large beautiful living room has a cozy sofa corner and TV (no german cannals) at one end and dining room at the other end, with a wood burning stove in the middle of the room. From the living room there is a wonderful view to the water and the beach, as well as exit to the lovely covered terrace (opposite the water side) with dining area for 8 people. Excellent garden furniture.

From the dining room there is a door to the bright kitchen. In the kitchen there is a cooker with oven and a ceramic hob with 4 zones, cooker hood, electric kettle, coffee maker, re­fri­ge­ra­tor, microwave, dis­hwas­her and with service and kit­chenwa­re. Also from the kitchen there is a fabulous view to the sea.

From the kitchen there is access to the back entrance with washing machine and oil-fired boiler, as well as access to a small extra bathroom with toilet, sink and shower.

There is internet throug­hout the house.

Outside, you will enjoy the location of the house in a forest like cottage area. It is a quiet area where you often see deer and pheasants in the large naturally bushy garden. In addition to the dining area on the terrace, there is also a dining area at a refectory table with benches with the most beautiful view of the sea.
