Here you can walk the 25 meters down to the beach and use the residents' association's bathing bridge and grass for sunbathing.
Welcome inside
You enter the lovely summer house via a bright entrance hall and from here you can go directly into 2 lovely bright living rooms with lots of good seating and cozy corners and not least a fantastic view of Øresund. Next to the bright and well-equipped kitchen you will find the dining table, where there is room for everyone and here you can enjoy the day's meals, enjoy each other's company and watch the sea and the sunrise. In one living room, there is a wood-burning stove and if the weather is cold, you can light the wood-burning stove and gather on the sofas for coziness and maybe a board game. The house has 3 lovely bedrooms and a nice bright bathroom. Everything is newly renovated in 2024.
Enjoy life outside
From the living room facing the garden, you can step directly into a lovely conservatory, here you can sit on the cool evenings and enjoy a glass of wine and perhaps plan the next experiences of the holiday. From the cozy conservatory you go on to a south-facing tiled terrace with good garden furniture and shelter and here there is a lovely enclosed garden with lawn and nice planting. Here you will find space for coziness, relaxation and plenty of adventure.
Get close to the local experiences
The area invites you to long walks and wonderful experiences. Here is the perfect setting for a successful holiday where there is room for all of you. You will live in the middle of Danish nature - close to forest and beach. Visit the old trading town of Køge with lots of traders on the market square and many good places to eat and sights. Vallø Castle with access to the castle park is definitely worth a visit. You can also visit Stevns Klint, which is on the UNESCO World Heritage List, and Cold War Museum Stevnsfort, where there are lots of experiences for children and adults. With only an hour's drive to the center of Copenhagen, you can also visit Tivoli, take a walk on Strøget or visit exhibitions and museums.
