Spacious two-storeyed holiday home located on a plot right by the sea. The house is an elder one, but it has been renovated recently with a new bathroom and new leather sofas in the living room. The house includes 4 bedrooms, 3 of which are located on the 1st floor. All rooms have new beds and curtains to prevent the morning sun from waking you up. Thanks to the large outdoor fireplace, you can enjoy the long white summer nights outside.

This is a unique holiday home for those who ap­pre­ci­a­te a fantastic location, peace and calm as well as beautiful nature. Perfect to kite surfing, The beach in front of the house is a nature beach. To get to the house, you need to drive along a small road, which is less main­tai­ned and not asphalted.

The area

The house is located in very beautiful and calm sur­ro­un­dings close to Faaborg. In Faaborg there are nice shops, sights, re­stau­rants and an indoor swimming-pool. South Funen is known for its very special and hilly nature with Svanninge Bakker, the so-called Funish Alps, and the beautiful and unique ar­chipela­go. Take a day trip to the islands of Lyø, Avernakø or Ærø. The ferry leaves daily from the harbour in Faaborg. Egeskov Castle, which is one of Funen´s largest at­tra­ctions, is also worth a visit as well as Odense, Funen´s largest town, with many sights and at­tra­ctions
