The house is equipped with living room with double sofabed and lower dining room with wood­bur­ning stove from where there is an opening out to a private garden with outdoor kitchen and garden furniture. From the garden there is an entrance to an activity room with pool table. The house has 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms and a separate kitchen. From the living room there is an opening out to a lovely terrace with panorama view.

The village Lundeborg is located on Southern Funen and is sur­ro­un­ded by a beautiful nature. In the village there are a marina and a re­stau­rant. Lundeborg is located 15 km south of Nyborg which is the largest town on East Funen with a walking street with many nice shops and re­stau­rants, an idyllic marina, golf course and an aquapark.
