The house is two-storeyed with 4 bedrooms and two sleeps in the passage on the 1st floor and 2 bedrooms on the ground floor. The house also includes a modern and well-equipped open-plan kitchen and a living room with dining section and sofas. Besides, there is a scullery with washing machine and tumble dryer. There are also two bathrooms on the ground floor and an extra toilet with tiled floors on the 1 floor.
There is underfloor-heating all over the house with wooden floors on the 1 floor and tiled floors on the ground floor. The house is heated with a geothermal heating.There is lots of space for activities around the house as the house is surrounded by a large garden plot (10,000 m2) with trees and bushes. There are several terraces with shelter from the wind, a fire pit and a large lawn which is perfect for ball games. By the house there is an activity room with table tennis, table football.
The area
Horne Sommerland is a minor holiday home area which is only 9 km away from Fåborg. South Funen is known for its very special and hilly nature with Svanninge Bakker, the so-called Funish Alps, and the beautiful and unique archipelago. The idyllical harbour town Fåborg is only 10 minutes away by car with nice shops, cultural sights, restaurants and an indoor swimming-pool. South Funen has a lot to offer. Take a day trip to the islands of Lyø, Avernakø or Ærø. The ferry leaves daily from the harbour in Faaborg. Egeskov Castle, which is one of Funen´s largest attractions, is also worth a visit as well as Odense, Funen´s largest town, which is only 45 minutes away by car from the area.
