Unique house down to the lake, with possibility to rent a boat

Location
About halfway between the towns of Klippan and Hässleholm, from both about 25 km away, this cottage is located on a plot of about 2.000 m², only about 50 m from the lake Svenstorpssjön, in a quiet recreational cottage area in wonderfulr nature and offers its guests excellent opportunities for swimming and fishing. For shopping you can drive to Perstorp, about 6 km away, where there are also restaurants and a medical center.

Facilities
The partly cellared vacation home of about 55 m² was thoroughly and extensively renovated in 2021 and accommodates up to four adults and two children under the age of eleven. It has a cozy living room, equipped with a seating area, fireplace and flat-screen TV with Chromecast and a Bluetooth radio receiver and large dining table, from which you have a great view of the lake. The kitchen, which is open across the corner, is equipped with an electric stove with oven and ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, water boiler and toaster. Furthermore, there are two bedrooms in the house, one of them furnished with a double bed, the other with two 75 cm wide 2 m long single beds. The bedrooms are cozily and practically furnished – compact and with reduced storage space. The windows of the bedrooms are equipped with mosquito gauze. Two more single beds of size 90 cm x 200 cm are located in a separate, electrically heated guest cottage. The house also has a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. The house can be heated by an air heat pump. The house has internet - speed below 5 Mbit. Guests also have two canoes and two paddleboards and life jackets at their disposal.

Special informations
A cozy cottage in a beautiful lake location for up to four adults and two children under the age of eleven. Arrival is only possible on Saturdays. Bookings are only possible weekly. Bed linen cannot be provided and must be brought by the guests themselves, A careful and thorough final cleaning must also be carried out by the guest themselves. Pets and smoking in the cottage is not allowed. You have to pay a deposit, which will be charged after your departure based on the electricity consumption during your stay. Guests' electric vehicles can be charged by means of normal plug in the garage. A fishing license (fiskekort) must be purchased on site if needed and costs 100 SEK for a day or 250 SEK for a week. Other boats and canoes can be rented at a boat rental near the house. There is a golf course in Gustavsborg, about 6 km away; there is a bowling alley and a tennis court in Perstorp, also 6 km away.
