Welcome to this historic holiday home with plenty of space and many possibilities!
The garden and guest house will be continuously renovated and re-photographed until the beginning of 2026.
Entrance area
You enter the house via a large wooden terrace and a small entrance area where you can leave your jackets and shoes.
Bathroom
Opposite the entrance there is a bathroom with a shower, washing machine and dryer. The toilet is located in another room.
Kitchen
To the right of the hallway is a bright and spacious kitchen with a dining table, plenty of worktop space and access to the wooden terrace. The kitchen is equipped with an extractor bonnet, gas hob, dishwasher, fridge and freezer.
The living room
From the kitchen, you pass the fireplace on the left and enter the bright living room with lots of light thanks to the windows on both sides and access to the second wooden terrace.
Bedroom
Directly adjoining the living room is a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. There is also access to the wooden terrace.
WC
From the living room, you enter a second corridor on the right-hand side. To the right is the WC room with toilet and washbasin.
Upper floor
The staircase to the upper floor is located on the right-hand side next to the chimney. From here you enter a small hallway, a smaller bedroom with a double bed and a large bedroom with plenty of light from two skylights, which is furnished with a double bed and a double sofa bed.
A foldable baby cot with mattress is located in the sofa bed on the upper floor.
Basement
Here you will find a storage room, the hot water boiler and the water pump.
Guest house
There is also a guest house with two single beds on the property.
Location of the property
Lilla Stockhult 2137 is located in the countryside, just outside Killeberg in North Skåne.
The house is relatively close to a road and a railway line, both with audible but moderate traffic in the distance.
The nearest grocery shop and railway station are in Killeberg (approx. 2 km).
The towns of Osby and Älmhult are approx. 12 km away.
Special details
The garden behind the house is fenced and therefore particularly suitable for dogs.
The owner recommends the area for mushroom picking.
The dining table has room for 8 people.
All food is freely available in the kitchen (except for a diabetes sugar labelled as private). Please purchase what you use up.
The gas stove is fuelled by a gas cylinder located outside the house. If it is empty, there is a spare cylinder in the shed. A gas alarm is located in the kitchen.
Firewood for the stove and for campfires must be brought along. The ashes must be emptied at the campfire site.
There is no WiFi in this house, but good mobile reception.
