Sea view, fantastic terraces and activity room, only 150m from the beach

This lovely holiday house is located only 150m from the beach. There is access to a 180m2 wonderful and sunny terrace, divided into several sections, and there is a shelter and an activity room – a holiday house you cannot describe but must be ex­pe­ri­en­ced.

Interior
In the lounge you can enjoy a nice cup of coffee or a delicious lunch in the cosy dining section. From the lounge you have access to the fantastic terrace, where you can take a re­fres­hing bath under the outdoor shower or prepare dinner in the lovely outdoor kitchen. If you prefer food from a bonfire, that is also a po­s­si­bi­li­ty. You can also choose just to enjoy the sun and the beautiful sea view. If you love cooking, you have a wonderful open kitchen at your disposal. There are three nice bedrooms and a great bathroom with shower. In the activity room, you have the po­s­si­bi­li­ty to play billiards or dart, or you can enjoy the starry night from the adjoining shelter. Eve­ryt­hing in the house stands extremely welcoming, light and of high quality, with careful use of the best materials. Youth groups are not welcome.

Location / area
Fantastic plot where you can hear the birds sing and watch deer passing by. Do not forget to visit the charming fishing village Havnebyen at Sjællands Odde, where you can have a nice lunch at the fis­h­mon­ger’s outdoor tables/benches. You should also visit the grave of the naval hero, Søhel­te­plad­sen, Ka­sta­ni­e­lys (life-style boutique) or the close-by vineyard Ørnberg, whose wines several times have been elected the best in Denmark. And last but not least the panoramic viewing platform at Gniben by the artillery school on the very tip of Zealand, where you can enjoy your coffee on the bench and maybe have the good luck to spot seals. But the sur­ro­un­dings also invite to a walk or a bicycle trip, where you really get Geopark Odsherred under your skin.
