Interior
The holiday house contains a large and open kitchen with room enough for everyone to gather around the preparing of a delicious lunch. From the dinner table you can all enjoy the sea view together. Also a nice bathroom with a shower and an adjoining sauna, and a lovely guest toilet. Three fine bedrooms, two with double beds and the third with a bunkbed - the lower bed is double. A very nice living room with a panorama sea view and a double loft bed. From the living room you have access to the fine terrace divided into a covered and an uncovered section. Here you can ligth up the barbecue and enjoy the cosiness. Remember to use the outdoor shower, where you can cool down after a sunny day at the beach. Eve­ryt­hing is bright and exquisite as the house is build in 2019.

Location/ the area
The house is located only a few metres from a nice beach. So if you are into acti­vi­ties by the sea, this location is perfect. The area invites for bike rides, hikes, fishing or windsur­fing. Not far from the holiday house you find the cosy seaport at Sjællands Odde. The house is located in a remote part of the plot by Oddenvej. If you love fresh fish you find a smo­ke­hou­se, a fis­h­mon­ger and several fish re­stau­rants in the city. We also recommend you to visit some of the many farm shops or the famous winery Ørnberg near by. Also there are plenty of op­portu­ni­ty to try one of the fine golf courses in the area. Your kids will love a day spend in the large amusement and water park Som­mer­land Sjælland.
