Lovely spacious house located in the beautiful Geopark Odsherred only 400m from wonderful beach and bathing jetty.

This house invites to a fantastic holiday, whether you want to bask in the sun, bathe in Kattegat or Sejerø Bay, or you are into an active holiday in specta­cu­lar nature with an abundance of in­te­r­e­sting sights.

Interior
The house contains a living room in open con­nection with a kitchen and double-height ceiling. The kitchen is equipped with a dis­hwas­her and microwave oven, and the lounge has a TV, a wood burner and a heat pump which makes the house suitable for holidays all year round. From the fantastic panorama windows you have a view of the cosy and un­dis­tur­bed garden, where the deer are crossing regularly. In the house you find 3 good bedrooms with double beds as well as an annex with a double bed. The bathroom is with shower. On the southern tiled terrace the sun con­di­tions are ideal, and in the driveway, a nice outdoor kitchen has been set up. Close to the house, there is also a towing place for a boat.

Location / the area

Odsherred offers the po­s­si­bi­li­ty to visit art museums, play golf or tennis, and eve­rywhe­re in the area there is really good angling op­portu­ni­ties from the coast­li­nes. You can also just go for a walk or take a bicycle tour and enjoy the scenic and unspoilt nature via the many signed routes. The Ice Age landscape in Odsherred is unique – and crucial for the con­tem­porary Odsherred. That is why Odsherred is a Geopark. Take a trip on the Burial Mound route and ex­pe­ri­en­ce the landscape of the Ice Age, the dolmens of the Stone Age and the burial mounds of the Bronze Age, the finding place of the Sun Chariot, Hempel Glass Museum, Odsherred Museum or the ruins of Næsholm Castle on an island in Nygård Lake between Højby and Nykøbing Sj. The children will love to see all the fire engines at Odsherred Fire Museum, the climbing park Gekko Park in Højby or a seal safari from Rørvig Harbour. Close to the amusement park Som­mer­land Sjælland which has been elected the Family Activity of the Year, you find two golf courses. The many art galleries, Dragsholm Castle, the farm shops and the delicious local produce are also cha­ra­cte­ri­stic for the region. The market town Nykøbing Sjælland is also worth a visit with its good shopping, several su­per­mar­kets, a cosy pe­de­stri­an street with in­de­pen­dent shops, good re­stau­rants and cafés. You can also visit Odden harbour to enjoy the at­mosp­he­re and buy freshly caught and newly smoked fish every day, or you can take the Mols Line ferry directly to Aarhus, the City of Smiles.
