Nice holiday home in beautiful nature

The holiday home is in a quiet corner of an old holiday home area close to the forest and the beach. The holiday home has a utility room with a washing machine, a newer kitchen with a dining table and in open con­nection with the living room with a wood-burning stove. There are 3 nice bedrooms – each with room for two – and further there is a cozy loft for the oldest children of the family. Finally, a large bathroom with under-floor heating and a shower. In clear weather you have a view to Funen and Lillebælt from the large, partly covered, wooden terrace. Bring you hiking shoes and bikes and explore the nature around the national treasure, Skam­lings­ban­ken. Grocery shopping can be done locally in “Brugsen” in Hejls or in Sjølund. If you really want to shop, you can go to Kolding, where you find all kinds of shops, museums, re­stau­rants, and a waterpark. LEGOLAND® is less than an hour away, and is a must for families with children.

The area
The at­tra­cti­ve holiday areas Grønning­ho­ved and Binderup are located right next to each other 10 km south of Kolding. In the area is a beautiful landscape and lots of op­portu­ni­ties for hike- and bike tours. Here you’ll find one of the best beaches in the eastern part of Jutland. There is a camp site with a small grocery store in the area and in Kolding you’ll have a selection of shops, pe­de­stri­an streets and one of the largest indoor shopping centers in Denmark. Visit the aqua park in Kolding Slotssøbadet that also offers health spa. You can visit the old castle Kol­ding­hus and you can see modern art and design at Trapholt. You can also visit the toy museum in Chri­sti­ans­feld with toys dated back to the 19th century.
