This wonderful holiday house is located only 175m from the beach. Great sunny terrace, divided into a covered and an open section plus a lovely roof terrace with lounge furniture, and from where you have sea view.

Interior
Nice lounge where you can play a game of cards or enjoy a nice lunch in the cosy dining section or just relax in the sofa group. Open kitchen with dis­hwas­her. There are three good bedrooms and a lovely bathroom with shower. Free wireless internet.

Exterior
The house is sur­ro­un­ded by a 1271m lovely nature plot, inviting to re­laxa­tion and cosy times, or what about a game of petanque on the adjoining course. By the terrace you can barbecue, and you can enjoy the sun from morning till evening. But do not forget to also enjoy the special at­mosp­he­re by the open fireplace on the covered part of the terrace.

Location / the area
The holiday house is located on Sjællands Odde. Remember a visit to the charming fishing village Havnebyen, where you can eat lunch at the tables/benches outside the fis­h­mon­ger’s. You should also visit the nearby vineyard Ørnberg, which several times has been elected the best wine grower in Denmark. But the area also invites to a walk or a bicycle tour, where you can really ex­pe­ri­en­ce Geopark Odsherred.
