Superb big holiday house near the coast, suitable for two families

This stylish holiday house has all it takes for two families to enjoy a typical Danish summer holiday with the sea, beach, activity room and play­gro­und in the garden.

Interior
The house contains a utility room with washing machine and dryer, hall and a great bathroom as well as a bedroom with 2 single beds which can be pushed together. The spacious kitchen with dining section and wood burning stove has a big freezer and a big re­fri­ge­ra­tor as well as a dis­hwas­her. The kitchen is connected to the big reception room and another bedroom with 2 single beds which can be pushed together. In this section, you find another great bathroom as well as a huge activity room with sofa bed and 2 single beds and Blue Tooth loud­spe­a­ker and table football. The perfect room for the kids and teenagers. From the kitchen there is access to the huge wooden terrace with an electric awning. Here you can enjoy the days with bar­becu­ing and re­laxa­tion while the children are playing on the lovely play­gro­und in front of the house.

Outdoors
The house has a lovely nature plotwith a big play area with a swing, a slide, a play house, sand box, 2 football goals and a ping-pong table. The terrace is spacious and partly covered, and you can activate the awning for further cover. Here you can enjoy the evening sun and watch the almost tame deer cross the garden. From the garden there is a small, secret path to the sea

Location
The holiday house is located in the beautiful geopark Odsherred where you have endless op­portu­ni­ties. There are great walking and bicycle routes along the coast and in the forest. In Havnebyen, you can buy fresh fish, have an ice cream or coffee or visit one of the re­stau­rants. What about trying to play can­non­ball golf at Søhel­te­plad­sen or go to Gniben at the very tip of Odsherred to enjoy the bre­ath­taking view with a picnic basket and maybe spot seals or porpoises on a lucky day. There is good shopping and many nice re­stau­rants in Nykøbing Sjælland, and the amusement park Som­mer­land Sjælland is only a half hour drive from the house.
