This extremely cosy house, designed for adult couples who need a break from the daily grind, is located between two beaches at Sjællands Odde. Lovely sunny terrace and super cosy plot.
Interior
In the main building you have the possibility for a game of cards or maybe help each other preparing a delicious lunch. The kitchen section has a cooker and a dishwasher, and in the lounge there is a sofa setting, where you can relax with a good movie. The bedroom is located in the lovely annex, and bath and toilet are also in a small separate building. The toilet is operated by reduction to vegetable mould, but you do not need to empty it, while you are staying in the house – the owner has taken care of that. Between the main building and the annex you find the loveliest terrace with an adjoining outdoor kitchen. Everything in the house presents itself light and friendly, a house that you must simply see for yourself.
Location / the area
Lovely garden where you may hear birds singing and see a deer pass by. When you want to go swimming, you can choose between two beaches, about 500m to each. And do not forget a tour to the charming fishing village Havnebyen at Sjællands Odde, where you can enjoy a good lunch at Restaurant Den Gyldne Hane or at the tables/benches outside the local fishmonger. You should also visit the grave of the naval hero, Søheltepladsen, Kastanielys (life-style boutique) or the neighbouring vineyard Ørnberg, who several times has been elected the best winegrower in Denmark. And at last but not at least, the viewing platform at Gniben, the Artillery School at the very tip of Zealand, where you can bring your own coffee to the bench and watch seals on a lucky day.
