Outside you can enjoy the peace and quiet on the slightly hilly plot, where the holiday house is located on a cul-de-sac facing open fields. On the southwest-facing terrace you have plenty of room to relax and enjoy the sun or a nice lunch. Maybe you even have the luck to spot a deer or a hare during lunch. When the evening is ap­pro­a­ching, you can still have some cosy hours on the covered terrace, sheltered from the falling dew.

Get close to the local at­tra­ctions

The holiday house is located in a tranquil holiday area close to a good sandy beach. The way to the beach is down Ved­ham­mer­vej, keep to the right till you reach a small path at the end, leading to the beach. If you want an active day, we can recommend a tour in the beautiful forest Sonnerup Skov, a big forest located right by the sea, Kattegat. Also worth a visit is the cosy fishing village Havnebyen at Sjællands Odde, where you can enjoy a good lunch and an ice cream. And here you can also buy fresh fish at the im­pres­si­ve fis­h­mon­ger shop with a lot of yummy temp­ta­tions. If you want a day of shopping, you should visit the market town Nykøbing Sjælland. Here you find a cosy pe­de­stri­an street with cafés and shops, so here you can shop for your daily amenities, if you are not doing so at the su­per­mar­ket Rema 1000 in Lumsås.
