Fantastic holiday house with solar cells

This lovely and spacious holiday house is located in at­tra­cti­ve sur­ro­un­dings, only 950m from one of the fine sandy beaches in the area.

Interior

The holiday house offers a fantastic open reception room with plenty of wonderful light and the po­s­si­bi­li­ty for social acti­vi­ties as well as peaceful re­laxa­tion. In con­nection with the reception room you have a really beautiful and fun­ctio­nal kitchen with all modern con­ve­ni­en­ces plus a nice bed recess. The house also contains two lovely bedrooms, both with double beds and ample storage space, as well as a fine bathroom with shower plus an extra toilet.

Eve­ryt­hing in the house stands bright, new and extremely inviting. The southwest facing spacious terrace is divided into a covered and an open section and offers sun all afternoon and evening with a fine view of the sunset. Here you can lose yourself in a good book and enjoy a nice glass of wine. The garden also allows plenty of space for games and play. The house is a low energy house, built with good materials, whereby the consump­tion of electri­ci­ty is minimal. It is also possible to recharge an electric car, via the recharge unit by the house. There is Apple TV with Danish, German and other Nordic channels plus the po­s­si­bi­li­ty for streaming via the good internet con­nection in the house.

Location / the area
The holiday house is located in an at­tra­cti­ve and tranquil area only 950m from one of the wonderful sandy beaches in Odsherred. We recommend a walk or a bicycle tour on the cosy paths in the neig­h­bour­hood, where you really get Geopark Odsherred under your skin. And the small charming re­stau­rants in the harbour area are also recom­men­dab­le. From Havnsø you can take the small ferry to Nekselø and Sejerø, both islands de­fi­ni­te­ly worth a visit. But do not forget to try a nice lunch at Dragsholm Castle or a round of golf on the neig­h­bouring golf course. The children will love an outing to the nature reserve Ve­ster­lyng with the free-range cattle and the beautiful sandy beaches.
