Great holiday house on big nature plot close to the best bathing beach

Tengs­le­mark Lyng is the name of this beautiful area in the northern part of Sejerø Bay with the best and widest sandy bathing beaches and dunes in a peaceful area with nature plots. The area invites to beach and bathing life and other acti­vi­ties on the water such as kite surfing, SUP or windsur­fing as well as walks along the ki­lo­metres long coastline from Sjællands Odde to Ordrup Næs. Par­ti­cu­lar­ly by Sand­dob­ber­ne, in the middle of the stretch, there are nice and marked paths. Lyngen is located west of Højby and is a well developed holiday house area with many acti­vi­ties such as crazy golf and krolf, ice cream stalls, su­per­mar­kets, re­stau­rants and fastfood eating places. Here you are close to all the best of Odsherred’s tourist at­tra­ctions and are staying in a quiet and peaceful area close to the beach and nature.

Welcome inside
The im­pres­si­ve, well built and well furnished house in warm colours welcomes you already in the hallway with big rooms with double-height ceiling, making the house seem even bigger. The living room with the open kitchen is the central room in the house, and from the sofa as well as from the dining table and from the side windows you have a panoramic view of the big heather-covered nature plot. The soft sofa invites to re­laxa­tion, but you can also sit here and have a nice con­ver­sa­tion over a cup of coffee. In the kitchen you have a skylight, so you may see even better, or you can do some star-gazing, when the evening and the darkness is falling.

Enjoy life outside
The natural heather in the sandy soil is decorat­ing the plot with mainly pine trees as border ve­ge­ta­tion, and from the wide terrace you can feel the space of nature and the proximity to the sea just a few hundred metres away, here in fifth row from the beach. On the outdoor gas barbecue youcan easily and quickly produce a nice meal that you can enjoy by the table under the porch roof. After a swim in the fresh waves of the Sejerø Bay, you may rinse off the sand in the outdoor shower of the house and get dry in the sun in the deck chair on the terrace.

Get close to the local at­tra­ctions
The holiday house is located in a lovely area by Gud­min­d­rup beach. If you like walks or bicycle rides, the area offers many po­s­si­bi­li­ties. Try f.inst. a tour by Korev­ler­ne to ex­pe­ri­en­ce the fantastic nature there. If you want a little di­stra­ction from the beach life, there are several re­stau­rants and crazy golf courses nearby, if you do not prefer to play real golf. And do not forget to visit some of the many artists in the region or the market town Nykøbing Sj. with its cosy pe­de­stri­an street and harbour.

The children will love to spend a day in the amusement park Som­mer­land Sjælland.
