Description
Veddinge Bakker (=hills) are part of the Odsherred Arrows, three arrow-shaped ridges located in and around Odsherred. As another small ridge close to the coast of Northwest-Zealand, Veddinge Hills are rising. The hills are sheltering the holiday house area and giving this attractive and popular holiday house area on the steep hills along the sea a separate location. Here you find fine angling and bathing possibilities along the stony coast. Veddinge Hills are located close to the towns Fårevejle and Asnæs plus the Lammefjord with its many vegetables.
Welcome inside
The spacious living room with double-height ceiling has panorama windows from floor to ceiling, and it is hard to take your eyes away from the view to the sea, regardless of where you are. For even though the house is not front row to the sea, it is located high and with a fine view of the landscape. In the open kitchen in the centre of the living room you can prepare a good lunch, maybe with fish that you caught yourself? In one end of the living room you may relax in the sofa by the wood burner with a cup of coffee and a game.
Enjoy life outside
With a terrace around the house you can always find shelter and sun, and shade during the summer, if you want to eat outside. The big nature plot is good for the children to play hide-and-seek on. By the beach, not far from the house, you can take a swim, build sandcastles or fish for sea trout, and when your beach time is over, you may use the outdoor shower of the house to rinse off the sand. There is a staircase leading up to the house, so the house is not recommended for poorly walkers.
