Description
Højby Lyng is one of the most attractive holiday house areas along the Sejerø Bay with access to some of Denmark’s most child-friendly sandy bathing beaches and the nature area Korevlerne with good foot and jogging paths and dunes by the beaches. “Lyngen” constitutes the biggest holiday house area in Odsherred and offers an abundance of possibilities for activities from shopping and streetfood to crazy golf and other family activities, fast food, ice cream stalls and several restaurants. The area is easily accessible, and it is easy to get around to all the towns and tourist attractions, such as the amusement park Sommerland Sjælland.
Welcome inside
In this spacious and light family-friendly holiday house with double-height ceiling you will find a great and quiet basis for a nice holiday. The family can gather in the big living room with sofa setting and the dining table next to the open kitchen for some cosy hours together. You could play the funny and cosy family game “Who am I?”, where you each take a turn to guess the name of a famous person or character, whose name has been written on a post-it that is placed on the forehead of the person guessing, while the others provide small tips and hints. If you have been to the beach for a swim or been out walking, it can be nice with a tour in the sauna and the hot tub. You may also listen to music and dance or watch movies on DVD or TV.
Enjoy life outside
While the children spend some time in the play tower with swings and a slide, you can watch them from the deckchair on the terrace. At mealtimes you may gather the family around the table on the big south-facing and covered terrace. You may also play and play ball on the nice plot surrounded by lovely vegetation.
Get close to the local attractions
This holiday house is located only 800 metres from the fine dandy beach at Sejerø Bay on the other side of the lagoon area Korevlerne. We at Feriepartner Odsherred recommend that you explore Korevlerne during a walking tour on the marked paths, where you partly walk along the dike by the holiday house area and partly in the dune and beach areas by the flat bathing beach. The routes are marked, and there are several bridges across the wetlands.
