Fantastic beautiful holiday house with specta­cu­lar sea view located in the exciting Geopark Odsherred close to wonderful beach

This holiday house invites to the perfect holiday, whether you prefer re­laxa­tion or acti­vi­ties. Go on excur­sions to in­tri­gu­ing sites or bring a good book to the fine sandy beach located close to the house or simply enjoy the panoramic view from the huge terrace sur­ro­un­ding the house.

Interior
The house contains a spacious and light reception room with TV, heat pump, wood burner and a fantastic view of the Sejerø Bay through the huge panorama windows. There is a new and elegant bathroom with shower and 3 very good and nicely decorated bedrooms. Two of them with double bed (180x200cm) and one with a bunk bed. The kids’ room has a desk just below the window also with a view of Sejerø Bay and can also be used as a study. The kitchen is open and is equipped with a dis­hwas­her. In the hallway there is a washing machine. All in all, the house is very ta­ste­ful­ly decorated with an eye for the details. The entire house is sur­ro­un­ded by a wooden terrace where the sun and the bre­ath­taking view can be enjoyed day and night. A part of the terrace is covered.

Location / the area
The house is located in the fantastic Geopark Odsherred, where there are plenty of walking and bicycling routes in the in­te­r­e­sting and un­du­lat­ing landscape. You live in the middle of Ordrup Næs where just a walk around the foreland is a unique nature ex­pe­ri­en­ce. Or you can hike along the Ridge Trail, where you walk in types of landsca­pes created by the edge of a glacier and with generally fantastic views. There are several good sandy beaches in the area. In the cosy village Ordrup, close to the holiday house, you can enjoy a cold beer or a nice lunch in one of the village re­stau­rants during summer. In Kårup Forest there is a nature play­gro­und and rich op­portu­ni­ties to observe animal life. Also take a trip to Vejrhøj, the highest point in Odsherred, and let yourself marvel over the panoramic view of Sejerø Bay with the islands Sejerø and Nekselø, but also the view inland where, in clear weather, you can spot 27 church towers. The area offers an abundance of farm shops, wine producers, micro breweries and local artists. The children will love a day in the amusement park Som­mer­land Sjælland, which has been elected the Family Ex­pe­ri­en­ce of the Year. Nykøbing Sjælland offers good shopping, local spe­ci­a­li­ties and several really good re­stau­rants.
