A really cozy holiday home spread out on 2 floors ac­com­modat­ing 6 people. The house on the ground floor includes a charming kitchen in open con­nection with a dining area and a living room with a fireplace, an energy-efficient heat pump, and access to the terrace. In addition, there is a lovely bathroom with floored heating and a washing machine, a pantry, and a bedroom with a double. The first floor includes a landing with another energy-efficient heat pump, another bathroom with toilet and shower, and 2 large bedrooms.


Outdoor
The house is located in scenic sur­ro­un­dings at the end of a closed road facing the fields. On the terrace, you can enjoy both the morning and afternoon sun while looking towards the ocean. There is also a beautiful garden with fruit trees, a swing set, and a tram­po­li­ne. The garden is fenced, so neither children nor dogs run out onto the road. From the house, it is a short distance to both the forest and the beach. Fishing can be done from the coast (a valid fishing license is required), and there is a fish cleaning area on the property, which can be used if the fisher gets lucky.

Location
Bring your hiking boots or your bikes along on your holiday here, and explore the beautiful nature situated on Als. Regarding grocery shopping, this can be done in Fynshav just 1.5 km from the house. There are plenty of op­portu­ni­ties for excur­sions too, for example, the adventure park UNIVERSE is a good choice, or consider instead the History Center '1864’, located right by the national landmark Dybbøl Mill, and the beautiful rampart area. If you enjoy shopping and visiting cafés, we recommend taking a trip to Sønderborg. Sønderborg also provides a cinema, multiple swimming pools, and a castle with an exciting history, all for you to enjoy.
