3 bedrooms
2 bathrooms

Interior
On the ground floor is the main entrance with stairs to first floor. From the entrance there is access to 2 bathrooms - one with tub and one with shower, both with underfloor heating. The kitchen has all the appliances needed and you will find good facilities for preparing the holiday meals.

From the kitchen there is access to a dining room, where the mullioned windows and small, preserved rooms creates a cosy atmosphere.

From the kitchen you enter a small living room with a wood-burning stove and a TV lounge with a flat-screen TV. It is perfect to sit in front of the fireplace with a book or turn on the TV with Danish TV channels. There is also WiFi in the house.

The first floor is totally renovated with 2 good bedrooms with 2 sleeping places and 3 sleeping places respectively. On the landing there is also a bed.

Outdoor
Small plot with local vineyard as nearest neighbor. Vineyard visits are possible by appointment.

In front of the house, you can enjoy the sun most of the day. The vineyard in front of the house and the limited trafficked road makes the ground quiet.

Location
Samsø is the obvious holiday destination if you are looking for both peace and activities. Close by there are both fine beaches, old beech forest, heather and preserved hills. The beautiful avenue down to Brattingsborg castle starts at Ørby's town sign. In summer it is possible to visit the castle park, but it is always worth a visit to take a walk in Brattingsborg forest.

Issehoved on the northern tip is Skagen's branch in miniature, and here you have a beautiful view of Djursland and the numerous ships passing Samsø. At Samsø Museum in Tranebjerg and the Nature School in Langør, there are both experiences and knowledge to be gained. You can hire bicycles and go from village to village; the distances are short and the roadside stalls with fresh vegetables make it easy to do some local shopping.

There are plenty of opportunities for activities Samsø. Try golf at one of Denmark's most beautifully situated courses, or fishing at Vesterløkken, for example. When hunger strikes, there are small cafés and good eateries around the island. In summer, Ballen is lively with many restaurants and yachts in the harbour.
