This summerhouse is the closest you can get to the beach and the east coast of Samsø. The house is located on a lovely, enclosed plot, and the popular town of Ballen and Samsø Golf Club are just a short distance

Interior

The house is a charming square summerhouse that is well maintained and bright.

The open-plan kitchen has a cosy dining area with a bench and a good overview of the kitchen and the cosy living room. The kitchen has plenty of cupboard space and a dishwasher and fridge/freezer, making it easy to prepare your holiday meals here. The large window in the sofa corner offers wide sea views to the south-east and access to the tiled terrace with direct access to the garden and beach area. This room is the center of the house, where you can cook, play a game, or relax on the sofa with a good book or switch on the TV with both Danish and German channels.

From the living room there is access to the bedrooms. There are two smaller bedrooms with wooden bunk beds, making them ideal for children. The master double bedroom is also an extension of the living room and has a good double bed and a single bed. From the bedroom there is a glass patio door to the garden and a view of the water. It's a lovely bedroom with plenty of light and closet space.

The bathroom and toilet with tiled floor are divided into separate rooms. This is in conjunction with a small practical entrance hall with space for outerwear. There is not much space here, but it is a functional and cosy summerhouse in a top location.

In the garden is a 10 m2 annex for use during the summer. It has a wooden floor, a small table arrangement, a sink and 2 single beds. The annex is cosy and from here is a beautiful view of the beach and the sea.

Outdoor
The holiday home is on a lovely, partially enclosed plot with a lawn, where there is room for undisturbed play and relaxation. The plot is located right down to the water on the east coast of Samsø, so it's ideal to go for a dip or use the tiled terrace just a few metres from the water's edge. Beautiful sunrises are guaranteed here, and you can watch the shipping traffic in the water, named Kattegat. There are several terraces at different levels both in front of and behind the house, so there are plenty of opportunities for sun, shelter and shade throughout the day. The garden also has a gas grill and a good selection of garden furniture.

Location
The summerhouse is located on the waterfront just 3 km north of Ballen. The house is located near both the popular holiday town of Ballen and Samsø Golf Course. Ballen offers a lively harbour environment, and in the summer there are many restaurants and specialty shops. You can also buy groceries here. 3 kilometres further north of the house is Samsø Golf Club, one of Denmark's most beautifully situated golf courses. Experienced golfers can play the 18-hole course, but everyone can join in on the Pay & Play course and rent equipment at the golf club. All guests at Feriepartner Samsø receive a free entry ticket to the Pay&Play course per booking.

Close to the house is also Tranebjerg, which is the island's largest town with several grocery and specialty shops as well as a cinema, museum and tourist information The short distances on Samsø make it quick and easy to get around. For example, you can easily cycle to the cosy town of Besser, where you can visit the café Søster Sidevind or Morgan Garage.

Samsø's beautiful northern island also offers many nature experiences. In Nordby Bakker you can go on some great hikes, and from Issehoved and Ballebjerg, among other places, you can enjoy beautiful views of the hilly landscape and the sea. Nordby is a cosy and very well-preserved village with a fine street pond and bell tower. Here you can also get a good ice cream or have a tasty lunch.

Access to the summerhouse is via a gravel road with recommended careful driving.
