With room for up to 10 people, this cozy holiday home on Samsø offers the perfect setting to bring family and friends together.
The heart of the house is the combined living room and kitchen. The open kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals while chatting about the day’s adventures with those relaxing in the living room. The kitchen is both functional and well-equipped with all the necessary facilities – and offers a lovely view of the large garden.
The dining table is placed as a natural extension of the kitchen and invites you to enjoy meals together or play board games. From the dining area, you can step out onto the south-facing terrace through the garden door and enjoy your food under the open sky or on the covered patio with views of the garden and surrounding nature.
In the living room, you can unwind with a good book or a movie – the perfect place to relax and let the calm settle in.
The holiday home features four bedrooms with space for up to 10 guests. Three of the rooms are furnished with two single beds and a bunk bed, while the fourth room has a double bed. The house also has two bathrooms and a washing machine, making it easy to handle practical tasks during your stay.
Enjoy life outdoors
The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden with trees and shrubs that provide both privacy and a peaceful atmosphere. There's plenty of space for play on the grass, and the house is located just one row back from the beach. Only 50 meters from the house, a small path leads directly down to the water – ideal for a quick swim or a walk along the coast.
The terrace, with direct access from the living room, is perfect for barbecuing and enjoying meals in the open air.

The holiday home is located in Mårup Østerstrand – a peaceful holiday area in the northern part of Samsø.
Just 150 meters away, you’ll find a lovely sandy beach with clear water. The town of Mårup is only about 2 kilometers from the house and offers grocery stores, bike rentals, and cozy cafés. Mårup Harbour is a charming small harbor with a restaurant and a lively summer atmosphere. You can enjoy beautiful walks around the harbor all year round.
Nordby Hills (Nordby Bakker) offers stunning hiking trails in a scenic Ice Age landscape, and Samsø’s northernmost point, Issehoved, is always worth a visit. Nordby, located just 2.5 kilometers away, is a charming village with iconic sights such as the historic bell tower and the chance to enjoy an ice cream by the village pond.
Samsø is perfect for cycling tours, allowing you to experience the island’s cozy villages up close. On the southern part of the island, you can visit Ballen – one of Samsø’s most popular harbor towns – which offers a wide range of restaurants and summer activities. Tranebjerg, the island’s largest town, has various shops, specialty stores, cafés, and the Samsø Museum.
Samsø offers a wealth of natural experiences – from Issehoved in the north to Brattingsborg Forest in the south. The island’s charming villages and delicious local produce set the scene for a fantastic and adventure-filled holiday home experience for the whole family.
