Welcome inside
The house is bright and functional, with space for up to 8 guests. The entrance is located on the south-facing side of the house, leading into a welcoming hallway with access to a spacious bathroom, which includes a washing machine and a tumble dryer.
Stepping further into the open-plan kitchen and dining area, you'll find ample space for preparing meals. Large windows and a patio door open up to the garden, making it easy to enjoy your meals outdoors on the terrace when the weather allows. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining area where everyone can gather for meals.
At the heart of the kitchen and dining area, a wood-burning stove adds warmth and coziness to this communal space. In addition to the stove, the house is equipped with electric heating throughout and a heat pump in the living room.
The living room is spacious and bright, with large south-facing windows allowing plenty of natural light. Here, you will find comfortable armchairs near the wood-burning stove—perfect for relaxing with a good book. The common area includes a sofa and a table — an ideal spot for board games, reading, or simply enjoying quality time together. The slanted windows bring in plenty of light, and from the large patio door, you can step out onto the east-facing balcony. From here, you can admire the breathtaking views of the sea and coastline while watching the sunrise.
This house offers a peaceful retreat where you can unwind and take in the beauty of the surrounding landscape.
Enjoy life outside
The house is structured in a way that allows for guests in a separate wing. However, the clever division of the indoor and outdoor spaces ensures a private and undisturbed holiday experience.
Situated in the quiet countryside of Nørreskifte, the house is positioned on a bend in the road. While there is some traffic, cars pass by at a reduced speed. The house is surrounded by a hedge, which maintains the scenic view while offering a degree of privacy.
On the other side of the house, a lovely enclosed garden with trees provides a secluded spot for relaxation. The spacious paved terrace is perfect for enjoying meals in the fresh air or simply soaking up the sun. A newly laid walkway makes it easy to move around the house, from the parking area to the front door and the terrace.
Parking is available on the southeast-facing side of the house.
On the neighboring property, there is a small wind turbine. Samsø is a green island, with many houses using solar panels or wind energy. Depending on the wind direction, you may hear the wind turbine in operation.
