The holiday apartment is located on the 1st floor of the old fire station. You enter directly to the beau­ti­ful­ly decorated living room with furniture that has been thought out to the last detail and the style is con­si­stent. There is plenty of space for you to sit together and enjoy each other's company after the day's ad­ven­tu­res, or you can relax with a good book.

The open-plan kitchen makes it easy to prepare and enjoy all your meals together. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining area where you can all sit. Besides the many nice details to look at inside the apartment, there is also a nice view of both greenery and the cosy neig­h­bour­hood outside the windows.

The holiday apartment has two good-sized bedrooms with a com­fortab­le double bed in each room and plenty of closet space. The walls are decorated with beautiful pictures of Morgan cars in a soothing blue colour, so you're sure to get a good night's sleep here.
Another living area connects the holiday apartment to the large terrace. The patio door lets in plenty of light, making it ideal for relaxing here if the sun oc­ca­sio­nal­ly fails to shine over Samsø.

The bathroom is centrally located in the holiday apartment. The older tiles have been preserved, which adds charm while keeping it bright and inviting.

Enjoy life outside
In front of the holiday apartment, there is plenty of space to park your car and here you'll also see an old fire truck that testifies that this was once a fire station. This can also be seen in the many fire engine doors under the holiday apartment.

From the living area you can walk directly onto the large north-facing terrace where you can enjoy peace and quiet and (hopefully) good weather all day long. It's ideal to fire up the barbecue that's available and take your meals outside. It's com­ple­te­ly quiet, so you may forget you're in the centre of Tra­neb­jerg.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
Tra­neb­jerg is Samsø's largest town, with re­stau­rants, cafés and shops just around the corner from your holiday apartment. Here you'll find a diverse selection of local shops and shopping op­portu­ni­ties all year round, and if you're unsure of what to ex­pe­ri­en­ce on Samsø, the tourist in­for­ma­tion centre is also just 400 metres from the holiday apartment.

Besser is a cosy village 4.5 ki­lo­metres from the apartment. Here you can visit cafe Søster Sidevind and have a good lunch, or you can of course visit the unique Morgan Museum, where you get 4 free entrance tickets when you stay in this holiday apartment.
Close to Besser is Samsø Golf Club, where the 18-hole course is beau­ti­ful­ly situated right by the beach. Here you can easily spend many hours together enjoying both golf and the beautiful nature.

Ballen is another pleasant and at­tra­cti­ve town with a marina just 4 ki­lo­metres from the holiday apartment. There is a wide selection of re­stau­rants and shops in the summer and of course a good beach.
Around southern Samsø you'll find many cosy villages that you can easily cycle to. Then you can fully ex­pe­ri­en­ce the cosy at­mosp­he­re and island life.

Don't miss a trip to northern Samsø, where the cosy and well-preserved village of Nordby offers great ice cream and lunch op­portu­ni­ties. In Nordby Bakker you can take some lovely walks by Issehoved and Bal­leb­jerg. It's beautiful no matter the season, and there's always something to ex­pe­ri­en­ce on Samsø.
