Welcome inside
This holiday home is a bright and cosy house to stay in, and you'll feel it from the moment you walk in the door. The house has two floors, and on both floors there are large windows facing the sea view. On the ground floor you'll find the entrance hall and the first bedroom with space for two people and plenty of storage space. The bathroom is in the centre of the ground floor and like the rest of the house, it is bright and functional. In the entrance hall you'll also find a washing machine and tumble dryer, so practicality is in place for your holiday here.
In the kitchen-living room, you'll immediately be drawn to the large windows and the view of Samsø's eastern coast. Here, you can cook and socialise while enjoying the natural light and keeping an eye on life in the Kattegat. The kitchen is bright and cosy and has all the facilities you need to prepare your holiday meals. You can enjoy your meal at the dining table or take breakfast outside on the partially covered terrace. You won't find a better place to enjoy a sunrise and your morning coffee.
On the 1st floor is another lovely living area where cosiness and the fantastic view take the spotlight. The large floor-to-ceiling window to the east lets the light and the beautiful sea view flow into the room. In this cosy gathering space, you can lounge on the sofa and enjoy the view. The cosy décor ensures that you can relax together and chat about the day's experiences or turn on the TV. From the living room there is also a patio door to the balcony, where you can look forward to enjoying the unique location and views from the first floor. On the first floor are two more spacious bedrooms with double beds. The rooms are cosy and stylishly decorated. Between the living room and the bedrooms is another toilet, which provides extra comfort when you have up to 8 guests in the house.
At the entrance of the house is a terrace and an annex, where there is another bedroom. It can also accommodate two guests a bit seperated from the house, but in the same cosy interior.
This lovely holiday home by Ballen beach is ideal for those who want to stay with a fantastic sea view in bright surroundings and have Ballen's restaurants and shops close by.
Enjoy life outside
The holiday home is located in Ballen Strandpark, an attractive area for both permanent residents and holidaymakers on Samsø. The holiday homes are close to each other, but all of them have been designed with privacy and views in mind. This holiday home is no exception, and it's great to enjoy the view from the east-facing terraces, where you can sit with a book in the sun or enjoy meals outside. In front of the terraces is a lawn that offers a full view of the sea just 100 metres from the house. There is access to the lovely beach via a shared walkway to the beach. Taking a swim in the clear water couldn't be easier.
On the opposite side of the house, there is another terrace sheltered by the house. There's also an outdoor space where it's perfect for cleaning fish if you've been lucky on your fishing trip.
For the kids, there's also a playground in the beach park, so they can safely go and play here.
