If you love the combination of cosy, genuine holiday house atmosphere and a more modern interior, this house is a fantastic possibility. The ceilings are high, giving an additional feeling of space and good light. If you are more couples or two families, the floor plan of the house provides ideal conditions. If you love cooking, there is plenty of space for a cosy time together during the cooking. In the cooler periods the wood burner will be the icing on the cake, and the atmosphere will invite to a warm cocoa after a refreshing walk.
Enjoy life outside
If you love the outdoor life, the surroundings offer many possibilities. There are two good terraces, an east-facing terrace where you can enjoy the morning sun, as well as a good west-facing terrace for the afternoon sun. There is also a covered area, so that you can seek shelter for the sun or extend the evenings outside, when the dew is falling. The terrace space is big, so you can either sit down with a good book or lay down on one of the sun beds and just enjoy the sun. A cosy evening could be to gather around the bonfire setting to bake twistbread or grill marshmallows. The huge plot offers plenty of possibilities to have fun times with the garden toys that you have brought, and if you fancy a picnic trip, there are many nice places to enjoy your packed lunch, whether you travel by car, on bicycles or on foot.
Get close to the local attractions
The holiday house is located in an area that offers many possibilities for special experiences. We at Feriepartner highly recommend the fantastic sandy beach with the beautiful dunes. It is breathtaking in all seasons. The walk to the beach goes through the forest. Another cosy walk through the forest Sandflugtsplantagen can bring you to the lake Dybesø, where a path will take you all the way around the lake to experience the rich animal life. The Sandflugtsplantagen was planted in the old dunes, after the shifting sand had caused havoc. We also recommend a cosy day at Rørvig Harbour for adults as well as for the children, as the kids can fish for crabs, and afterwards you can enjoy a nice lunch at Rørvig Fisk. Within walking distance from the house you find several eating places. Try the Bøf and Grillhuset or an exquisite dinner at Rørvig Kro. From the holiday house there is only a short bicycle tour to the scenic nature area at Skansehage and also the protected bird sanctuary by Hov Vig.
