Spanning two floors and 120 m², it features three good bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen/dining area, and a living room – and every single room presents itself in a light and inviting manner with stylish furnishings. This is especially true for the large bathroom on the ground floor, where you can pamper yourself with a hot tub when you really need to unwind. It feels truly relaxing to spend time in the first-floor living room, where you can relax on the sofa while enjoying the lovely natural light that floods in through the large gable window.

From the first-floor living room, you have direct access to a large south-facing balcony, which is the perfect spot to enjoy both the sunshine and the green surroundings. The well-designed terrace environment also sets the stage for many good moments – whether you want to sit in the shade of the covered area during the day or relax in the hot tub under the starry sky in the evening.

The attractive location on the outskirts of Havneby means you have easy access to beautiful nature as well as holiday activities and practical necessities. Sønderstrand and the Vråby tree plantation are local natural gems, while the Wadden Sea is a world-class attraction that has earned a prestigious place on the UNESCO World Heritage list. If you’d like to maintain an active holiday, you can play golf and rent bikes in Havneby, and if you feel like getting out on the water, you can take the ferry to the neighboring island of Sylt.
