In this sturdy brick townhouse, which was renovated in 2020, you have a total of 88 m² to spread out in. The many square meters are divided over two floors, both of which are designed with good living spaces: on the ground floor, you can gather in the kitchen when you want to cook, eat, or simply enjoy time together at the dining table – and if you prefer a softer seating option, you can move up to the living room, which is equipped with com­fortab­le sofas, armchairs, and a TV with Chro­mecast. One of the sofas is also a double sofa bed, so it can serve as a sleeping space for two people at night. This is a great addition to the six sleeping ac­com­moda­tions that are evenly di­stri­bu­ted across the house’s three bedrooms. A bathroom is, of course, also included indoors, and it is well-appointed with a washing machine, un­der­floor heating, and a shower niche.

Enjoy life outside
If it’s warm and summery outside, you might want to spend as much as possible of your holiday outdoors. In that case, it’s de­light­ful to have terraces both in front of and behind the house, allowing for eve­ryt­hing from breakfast and afternoon naps to evening barbecues to take place under the open sky.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
When you need to get up from the garden chairs, there are plenty of acti­vi­ties to engage in at the comon areas. The summer house is part of the Rim Rømø Holiday Center, which means you have free access to great play­gro­unds, sports courts, a fitness room, as well as an outdoor pool and indoor swimming pools. Many offerings are com­ple­te­ly free, while tennis and mini-golf can be used for a fee. If you don’t want to spend all your time within the holiday center’s area, you can explore Havneby and its sur­ro­un­dings. The town’s charming harbor, su­per­mar­ket, and dining options are within a short walking distance, and you can also walk down to the Wadden Sea, which is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site. Rømø's Play and Maze Park and the local golf club are also nearby, and if you want to go to the beach, it’s just a couple of ki­lo­me­ters to the in­cre­di­bly wide and beautiful Sønder­strand.
