Description
Welcome to this lovely quality summer house, beautifully situated on the outskirts of the village of Havneby near the golf course and the Wadden Sea.
Welcome inside
The holiday property is part of "Havhusene" – a complex of beautiful and modern houses designed by Ginnerups Tegnestue. This particular house was built in 2014 and features harmonious and simple architecture, full of thoughtfully designed living solutions and exclusive decor. The layout offers four bedrooms, which can accommodate a total of seven guests. There are two bathrooms, one of which is equipped with a hot tub for two and a sauna. The heart of the house is a bright and lovely living area, where the living room and kitchen are combined. The kitchen is well-equipped with good appliances, providing a lovely workstation for cooking. The finished meals can be served at the dining table, and when it’s time to relax, you can lounge in the comfortable sofa area – perhaps enjoying a good movie on the flat-screen TV.
Enjoy life outside
Relaxation is also prioritized outdoors. Here, there is a large terrace that is well-positioned for sunlight. It’s a wonderful place to enjoy a summer lunch at the table, and afterward, you can take a well-deserved nap in the sun lounger. Under the covered area, there is also a small outdoor kitchen in the form of a table with a sink.
Get up close to the local attractions
The summer house is well-placed if you want to be close to beautiful nature but also have access to Havneby’s restaurants and charming holiday offerings nearby. If you are a golfer, the location is also ideal, as Havhusene borders the spectacular links course of Rømø Golf Club. Here at Rømø’s southern end, the North Sea meets the Wadden Sea – the latter being listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site, allowing you to experience world-class nature as you venture out to enjoy the unspoiled landscape and diverse wildlife. You can certainly explore Rømø on your own, but there are also plenty of opportunities to join guided tours, including oyster tours, shrimp catching, and seal safaris.
