Description
A beautiful and well-appointed summer house, located at the end of a cul-de-sac on a secluded nature plot.
Welcome inside
There is a wonderfully good atmosphere indoors in the summer house, which bears the poetic name "Høstblomsten." Here, you have 90 m² to spread out in, and all rooms are bright and stylish – especially the large living area, which features a lovely sofa area near the wood-burning stove, a large TV with satellite dish, a dining table, and a well-equipped open kitchen. It is a great place to relax, and if you really want to unwind into a calm holiday pace, you can prepare for a true wellness evening in one of the house's two bathrooms, which are equipped with a hot tub and sauna. Both bathrooms also have underfloor heating, so even when you're brushing your teeth, it happens in comfortable surroundings. Comfort is also found in the three bedrooms, two of which are fitted with double beds and the third with two bunk beds.
Enjoy life outside
The summer house is situated on a beautiful nature plot of 2,500 m², shielded by pine trees on several sides. A fence helps to enclose the terrace, allowing you to sit undisturbed and sheltered while enjoying the sun and leisurely moments. There is also a covered area, and both a grill, garden furniture, and an umbrella enhance your terrace experience.
Get up close to the local attractions
Trinnesvej is a cul-de-sac in the scenic and absolutely peaceful summer house area of Bolilmark. Quite close to the house, a large heath area spreads out, and Tvismark Plantation is also nearby, making it a perfect address if your goal is to get out into nature. The tranquil holiday days can be spent visiting Lakolk Beach, which is a lovely beach with shallow, clean water and plenty of space for play. If the family prefers an indoor swimming experience, you can take the short drive over the Rømø Causeway and into Skærbæk on the mainland, where you have free access to Skærbækcentret's water park as holiday guests in the summer house. On your way back to Rømø, be sure to admire the view of the Wadden Sea, which is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
