There are six bedrooms, and the layout also features two complete bathrooms, which, like the bedrooms, are located both on the ground floor and on the first floor. Conveniently, the ground floor bathroom is adjacent to the pool room, which can be better described as a luxurious wellness area: here, you will find not only a lovely 19 m² pool but also a 4-person hot tub and a sauna. When not splashing in the water or lounging in the warmth, you can gather in the house's beautiful kitchen-dining area, which offers a direct view of the pool. If you head up to the first floor, you can relax in the living room, a delightful space with a wood-burning stove, flat-screen TV, and ample seating for many people.
Enjoy life outside
From the first-floor living room, you have direct access to a large balcony where you can enjoy the sun and the view over the green nature plot. If you prefer to sit at ground level, you can move down to the south-facing terrace or relax on the lawn, which is surrounded by dense vegetation. The plot spans a generous 3,000 m², providing plenty of space to play and kick a football on the lawn, while there are good parking facilities on the gravel surface.
Get up close to the local attractions
Toftum is a wonderful place to holiday if you dream of living in peaceful and beautiful natural surroundings. Vast marshlands and heath characterize the flat landscape here in the northern end of Rømø, and from the house, you have easy access to Juvre Dike, the viewpoint Høstbjerg, and Tvismark Plantation. The lovely and child-friendly Lakolk Beach is just a few kilometers away, and if you are interested in birds, it is recommended to drive to the beach meadows by the Rømø causeway, where you can also gaze out over the Wadden Sea, which is inscribed on UNESCO's World Heritage List. Additionally, on Rømø, you will find a good selection of shopping options and dining establishments, as well as plenty of opportunities for golfing and mini-golf, bike rentals, horseback riding, and much more.
