All in all, this means that the house is a wonderful place to stay, and if you need to relax far away from everyday life, you’ve come to the right place. The efficient wood-burning stove in the dining area is a nice detail: just imagine sitting here on the bench near the crackling warmth, enjoying the view of the natural grounds while sharing a delicious meal with your family.
Enjoy life outside
From both living rooms and one of the bedrooms, you can step directly out onto a southwest-facing wooden terrace, ensuring that you won’t miss a single sunny hour if you prefer to sit outside in the fresh air. The terrace is spacious and divided into two levels, and near the tall trees on the natural plot, you will find another lovely terrace that is also a great spot to be. The large, well-maintained lawn invites to ball games and play for both big and small holiday guests, all taking place in the serene and picturesque surroundings at the end of this quiet side road.
Get up close to the local attractions
From Sønderbyvej 13, it takes just a few minutes to walk to Rømø Bakery if you want to pick up rolls and freshly baked rye bread for your family before breakfast. You can also stroll to the local mini-golf course, or perhaps challenge each other on the beautiful links course at Rømø Golf Club. In Havneby, you’ll find everything you need in terms of dining options and shopping facilities, and it’s not far to Sønderstrand beach, where you can walk along the expansive sandy areas, admire the view over the sea, and maybe even try blokarting or other forms of beach sailing.
