Description
The natural surroundings here in Bolilmark are truly impressive, where this charming summer house is located. The 2941 m² nature plot on which the house sits borders a vast heath landscape, providing plenty of opportunities to lace up your hiking boots and explore the beautiful local area.
Welcome inside
One of the charming features of the holiday home is the green roof, which makes the house almost blend in with the natural surroundings. Indoors, the atmosphere is also top-notch, with white-painted wooden trim on the walls and a wood stove in true summer house style. Additionally, a sauna is part of the layout, and from the kitchen, living room, and one of the three bedrooms, you can enjoy a lovely view over the heath covered in heather. The kitchen is open to the living room, where you can relax in the comfortable seating and prepare for a cozy afternoon with board games and snacks around the dining table. Conveniently, there is both a bathroom and a guest toilet in the summer house, and the guest toilet also includes a washing machine, so you can freshen up your holiday wardrobe if you happen to spill ice cream on your summer clothes.
Enjoy life outside
To the north of the summer house, the open landscape spreads out, while the pine trees on the nature plot provide privacy from neighbors in the other directions. This means you can enjoy outdoor holiday life quite undisturbed on the two terraces, both of which face south and receive plenty of sunshine. The plot features swings and a sandpit for the youngest guests, while the whole family can look forward to grilling and relaxing in the garden furniture on the terraces.
Get up close to the local attractions
Spurvevej is a small, closed road – and combined with the beautiful natural surroundings, you truly have a peaceful and wonderful oasis to enjoy your holiday in. If you feel like taking a walk, you can follow the great trail systems into nature, for example, to the viewpoint Høstbjerg or to Tvismark Plantation. Additionally, there is a bike and walking path from Bolilmark all the way to Lakolk Beach, making it easy to pack towels and swimwear in your backpack for an excursion. If you're interested in birds, you can bring binoculars and observe the diverse birdlife, for instance, at Juvre or the salt marshes near the Rømø dam. The Wadden Sea, which surrounds Rømø and is also listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, attracts millions of migratory birds in spring and autumn, and there are ample opportunities to experience the Black Sun phenomenon in the marsh during these seasons.
