Welcome inside
The classic wooden summer house was built in 1978, and after a careful renovation in 2015, it appears neat and well-maintained. The kitchen has been modernized, providing you with a lovely workspace featuring an oven at standing height, a dishwasher, and other delightful details for preparing dinner. The kitchen is integrated with the living room, which also offers a wood stove, a heat pump, a dining table, a comfortable sofa area, and a nice view of the green natural surroundings. The functional layout additionally consists of three bedrooms, an entrance with a washing machine and dryer, and a bathroom—where you can relax in the sauna in true indulgent style.
Enjoy life outside
The living room’s garden door gives you direct access to a large and lovely terrace. It’s a wonderful place to daydream while enjoying the good weather and the view over heather and pine trees—and there’s both a covered and an open area to choose from. You can also settle on the east side of the summer house, where there is another terrace that is especially sunny in the morning.
Get up close to the local attractions
The summer house is beautifully set back on a 2,600 m² nature plot that borders an open natural area. Bolilmark is surrounded by the most beautiful heath landscape, and especially in late summer, it’s an impressive sight when the open vistas turn completely purple from the blooming heather. Tvismark Plantation is also close to the summer house if you feel like going for a forest trip, and if the North Sea seems tempting, you’re just a few kilometers from Lakolk Beach. On Rømø, it’s naturally also obvious to take a closer look at the Wadden Sea, as this magnificent tidal area is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site, recognized as a unique spot on the world map. You’ll find a good selection of shops and eateries on Rømø, and especially in the summer, you can also find roadside stalls where you can purchase local honey and seasonal vegetables.
