Description
You can look forward to a lovely and relaxing holiday in this well-appointed summer house located on the secluded P. Mærsk Møllers Vej with view to the Wadden Sea. The house has a bright atmosphere and can accommodate up to eight people, and outdoors, you can enjoy the expansive 2.800 m² large nature plot.
Welcome inside
When the 103 m² large summer house was built in 2010, high-quality materials were used, and the rooms have since been stylishly decorated. Large windows allow beautiful natural light to fill the space, and from the east-facing window in the living room, you can gaze out over the beach meadows and enjoy the view to the Wadden Sea—which certainly contributes to the house’s unique atmosphere. The living room features a wood stove and an open connection to a well-equipped kitchen, and in one corner, you will find a nook that can be used for afternoon naps or overnight stays. The layout also includes three good bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two single beds, and not to forget - the nice and spacious bathroom.
Enjoy life outside
The summer house’s large terrace area is the perfect place to be when the sun is shining and relaxation is on the agenda. Here, you can enjoy the scenic surroundings and the idyllic tranquility—possibly accompanied by a warm cup of coffee and an exciting novel. In the evening, it might be time to grill, and thanks to the covered area, you don’t even have to go inside when the dew begins to fall.
Get up close to the local attractions
The small, quiet road runs alongside the paddocks from Kommandørgården’s Icelandic Horse Center, where you can greet the sweet little horses or perhaps even go for a ride. Additionally, it’s just a short walk to Rømø’s bakery if you fancy rolls for breakfast or cake later in the day, and you can pick up other supplies at the local grocery store. You can also go to the village of Havneby, where you can rent bicycles, dine out, or even hit the golf course. From the harbor, you can enjoy the view over the Wadden Sea and take the ferry to Sylt, and if you're more in the mood for a refreshing swim, you can drive to either Sønderstrand or Lakolk beach on the island’s west coast.
