Welcome inside
With a thatched roof and a red brick façade, the house can aptly be described as a modern build with a classic appearance. Inside, you have a spacious 132 m2 to enjoy, with both the ground floor and first floor designed in a cozy and comfortable manner. The summer house was built in 1990, and since then it has been updated, including a new and stylish kitchen in 2018. The bathroom is also an example of the house's quality, as it functions as a wellness area with a sauna and an adjacent room featuring a steam bath. Additionally, there is a toilet on the first floor. The house has four bedrooms, accommodating a total of eight guests, conveniently distributed across both levels. On the ground floor, you'll also find a lovely living room with a wood-burning stove, cable TV, and ample space for cozy gatherings.
Enjoy life outside
From both the living room and kitchen, French doors provide direct access to the lovely terrace area that wraps around the summer house. Part of the terrace is covered, and there are several areas screened by fencing. The south-facing terrace area should be particularly highlighted, as it is a delightful oasis where you can fully enjoy summer days. The plot is large, providing ample parking space in the driveway and plenty of room for play on the lawn, while the landscaping ensures privacy and shelter.
