From the hallway of the summer house, you have access to the other rooms, which include a nice bathroom with a shower and three comfortable bedrooms, all equipped with double beds.

From the living room, you have direct access to a partially covered terrace that is spacious, sheltered, and wonderfully sunny due to its southwest orientation. The plot's scenic vegetation provides something beautiful to look at while you relax in the garden chairs, and around the house, there is a nice lawn to play on, along with a sandbox and swing set for the little ones.

Thanks to the surrounding greenery, the summer house is nicely secluded on the small Moritzvej. The natural surroundings are breathtaking—not only here in Toftum but throughout Rømø, and if you want to hike or cycle, you’ll experience a beautiful and varied landscape. From the observation platform at Juvre Dike, you can gaze out over the marshlands and the Wadden Sea, which is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site. In Bolilmark, you can stroll through the magnificent heath landscape before climbing the viewpoint Høstbjerg, and if you feel like taking a dip, you can drive west until you reach Lakolk Beach and the roaring waves of the North Sea.
