Between the dining table in the living room and the sofa area stands a wood-burning stove, and there is also a heat pump in the room – ad­di­tio­nal­ly, the dark tiled floor has un­der­floor heating. The layout includes a bathroom with a shower and two bedrooms with a total of five sleeping ac­com­moda­tions, and for the youngest holiday guests, there are both a crib and a highchair available.

Enjoy life outside
When you move outdoor on the terrace, you can not only enjoy the view to the Wadden Sea but also savor all the scents from the natural plot’s purple heather, co­ni­ferous trees, and other ve­ge­ta­tion. If you want to sit in the sun, you have ample chance to find a good resting spot on the southeast-facing terrace, or you can put up the parasol for some shade. Up to two dogs are welcome in the house, and surely the family’s four-legged friends will be thrilled with the enclosed terrace and the peaceful sur­ro­un­dings on the 1.462 m² natural plot.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
The summer house is not only located in pi­c­tu­resque sur­ro­un­dings on Lyngvejen but also within short distance to shopping, dining options, and holiday acti­vi­ties. It’s just a few hundred meters to Havneby’s central shopping square, and you also have easy access to the local golf course and Rømø’s Play and Maze Park. From the harbor, you can take the ferry for a trip to the neig­h­bor­ing island of Sylt, and if you prefer to stay on land, you can enjoy a lovely trip across Rømø to Sønder­strand or Lakolk Beach. If you have a dog with you, there are several dog parks on the island – including in Kirkeby tree plan­ta­tion, where you will also find a large forest play­gro­und.
